Processing time

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Delivery starts from €2 and is calculated individually at checkout depending on your destination and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over €120.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within Europe usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier procedures.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
