Return window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to accept your return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odour, stains, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

How to return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order. This helps us process your request faster and ensures the item you want is still available.

Return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
